The main objective of this project is to empower parents of children with Afro heritage to actively accompany their children’s process of identity formation so that they feel proud of their multiple heritages.
NExTWORK spouses
Based on Rockwool Foundation’s successful project NExTWORK, that Anders had the privilege of being involved in, we are attempting to create a new use of the project templates, targeted at the unemployed spouses of international workers.
A successful immigration to Denmark requires that needs of the entire family are fulfilled, and too many Danish companies lose their foreign specialists because the spouse fails to find employment. This project will try to address this problem, enabling the companies to keep their valuable employees, while increasing the available pool of available work force in Denmark
Anders Winther
Anders just can’t help himself, and is often involved in other people’s projects. He does this about once a week, and the project he currently supports is a documentary movie about a family fleeing Venezuela.
He’s chosen this project due to his own experiences from working with the Danish Refugee Council, and his awareness that EU as well as USA will be the target of migration waves for all eternity, as long as the living conditions of the countries of departure are not radically improved.
